My rating is based on the poor communication this company gives to its clients. I was never ever…read moreable to use them because they kept changing the cleaning date on me and pushing it out further and further each time. They do not answer their phone and email dates only. Even though I responded right away to the email that the date was acceptable, I received an email days later telling me that the date they gave me was taken. Finally, I thought I had a scheduled date only to be notified again, that the date was taken and I got pushed out into the following month. I even sent them the email showing that the date was confirmed. When I got upset about having the date changed for a third time, the owner got very haughty and told me that " In this economy they can pick their customers". She then hung up. No apology, no acknowledgement that they did have an email with a confirmed date Or that they made a mistake. I had been trying to get my windows cleaned since mid January. If you are the type of person who likes to feel like a company who you are paying, is doing you a favor by providing you a service, then this is the place for you. Personally, I like to be treated like a client and feel like a business appreciates my patronage.

I reached out to New Era Cleaning based on a recommendation from a neighbor who had his driveway…read moreand lanai power washed, sanded, and sealed. Although I was initially exploring options for getting my project done later in the year, Jose got back to me the same day and offered to stop by the very next day to provide a quote. Jose arrived right on time--which, in my personal experience, is a rare treat with most contractors--and professionally explained the entire process and what he does to ensure the job is done properly. He provided a quote on the spot and even offered an incentive for having the work completed during the slower summer months. As luck would have it, I was going out of town the following week, and since we needed to keep our cars off the driveway for three days, the timing worked out perfectly. Jose was able to fit us in on short notice, which we really appreciated. Throughout the project, Jose kept us updated on the progress, and when we returned home, he met with us personally to go over everything. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The driveway and lanai look fantastic, and the attention to detail was evident. I also had a small additional project--cleaning out my gutters--and Jose was able to take care of that as well for a very reasonable fee. Overall, I am extremely impressed with New Era Cleaning. Great communication, excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and, most importantly, someone who does what he says he will do. That combination is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend New Era to anyone looking for quality exterior cleaning and maintenance work. I will definitely be using them again!

Elegant styles LLC provided professional service with competent staff and quality service. We…read morefound the owner Shaun to be customer focused, reliable, with fair pricing. He does roof cleaning, pressure cleaning and paver sealing. Elegant styles came highly recommended by a neighbor down the street. Since my next door neighbor was getting his roof cleaned the following week, I decided to also get it done the same day. Shaun called me the day before to confirm the appointment and also assured me that he will check the radar in the event of rain. Shaun sent 2 crews to service both mine and our neighbors roofs. The staff punctually arrived in the morning, answered any questions that we had, and provided detailed explanations of the service they preformed and the condition of our roofs before and afterwards. The staff also made a video of our roof after the application. The video is good to have before hurricane season for insurance purposes to show no damages. To make sure the chemicals didn't ruin anything, the staff even watered downed the house and shrubbery. In addition, the roof cleaning comes with a 1 year guarantee. Afterwards, my next door neighbor hired them to clean and to seal his driveway. In a lapse of judgement, instead of using Elegant Styles to also do our driveway, we decided to use a vendor that my husband's friends recommended. We did not have a good experience with that vendor, causing a lot of frustration, low satisfaction with quality of service and lost time (no show-had to reschedule). This bad experience compared to the excellent service provided by Elegant Styles reaffirmed the need to hire vendors that you already have firsthand experience that are reliable and trustworthy. Don't underestimate the need to hire the correct vendor. It will alleviate anxiety, frustration, and waste of time and money. With Elegant Styles LLC and Shaun, we found a vendor we will continually use and highly recommend to friends and neighbors.
