I returned an item (online shop) to Napapijri but unfortunately they did not gave me a refund, they refused to give me a refund. The customer service agent was so rude and incompetent. They also did not reply to my follow up E-mails regarding the refund that they promised. No supervisor or manager helped me or even tried to fix these things that happened to me. Very very very disappointing and bad experience with Napapijri. I will never ever buy anything from you again nor recommend you to other people. read more
