Process seemed to start good. Then parts weren't getting shipped in timely order (2 weeks), with no…read morenotice of a delay. Then short parts. Also some parts wrong. Shorted parts arrive, partially wrong. All incorrect parts were resent. One pair of parts short pieces & the other pair of new parts were subbed with poorly rebuilt parts & multi coloured. Since this last delivery I have not received response to 4 emails. Tried calling, message said they were closed 9:30am or 10:30am Montreal on a Fri. Process started June 9 now July 25 . fyi- black rotors are now starting to rust on car under carport on stands / not driven due to parts issues.

They have a very comfortable waiting room upstairs and have always been efficient and quick when I bring my car in. They've installed a car starter for me as well as fixed a tail light that I smashed and changed my oil. Very reasonably priced.
