We don't live here but we are here for 2-4 day weekends all the time. We have never been pulled…read moreover since there is never a need to be. We have never been robbed, which I can totally take care of myself. We have never had any interaction at all with Napa police. So why am I writing a review then? Well I am typically a very observant person and over the years I have seen them pull over cars that are blatantly disrespecting the law. I have also seen them let people slide when it seems appropriate, from my view. I have seen them show great restraint during multiple protests where I would be throwing people in jail for gross misconduct. Very commendable for dealing with people who are just baiting the police all the time, with cameras rolling. It is nice to see NPD cars rolling through town keeping us safe. Not so much in Alameda county. Actually not at all, i.e. Oakland!!! I am sure NPD takes care of all kinds of issues most people never see, nor are ever aware of, in order to keep the streets safe. I don't know why anyone would want to be a police officer in these recent upside down times, but I am extremely happy that the men and women of the Napa police force are still here. I have yet to hear any crazy talk about defunding the police in Napa, and will be very disappointed if I do. Napa, please don't cave to the insane radical left. Napa is our, and many people's retreat to some sanity from the craziness of many surrounding cities, i.e. Oakland.

Watched a kid being dragged off and beat down the street by some dudes just before the holidays…read more2016, then they shot & murdered him in a car while I was on 911. 1 vehicle was dispatched- it came to my intersection and LEFT after a minute of shining a spotlight in the intersection (not the street this happened on). Never got out of his car. Never came to my door that night, or since. They never discussed this incident with me at that time or at anytime afterward, never respond about it or call back. Super useful guys. Probably much more helpful as the backup they are used as for other towns and counties. But in their own town? Insert This Is Fine doggo meme x HERE x

I am submitting this statement to formally document multiple incidents and the lasting emotional distress I experienced while residing in Vallejo beginning in 2019. When I relocated, I was actively seeking employment and stability. Instead, I encountered prolonged hardship, uncertainty, and a sense of isolation due to a lack of accessible information and support. During that period, the community appeared to be undergoing rapid changes, including housing reconstruction, frequent movement of residents, and the emergence of new small businesses. As someone trying to establish a safe and stable life, these conditions contributed to feelings of instability and vulnerability. Within several months of my arrival, my vehicle -- which contained essential supplies and irreplaceable personal belongings -- was impounded. The loss of transportation and personal property created severe hardship and emotional strain. When I later attempted to recover information about my vehicle, I experienced confusion and distress after being asked for the VIN number as if there were no prior ownership record. I was ultimately informed that the vehicle had already been removed. This experience left me feeling powerless, dismissed, and deeply discouraged. In addition to the property loss, I also reported experiencing situations that caused me to fear for my personal safety, including suspected stalking and a possible sexual assault during my time exploring and attempting to integrate into the community. Reporting these concerns was emotionally difficult and required significant courage. The aftermath left me feeling unsafe, unsupported, and anxious about my well-being. The cumulative impact of these experiences has been profound. I have endured ongoing emotional distress, loss of trust, fear, and difficulty rebuilding stability. I am submitting this statement not only to document what occurred but also to express the seriousness of the emotional and psychological harm I experienced. My intention is for these incidents to be acknowledged and recorded so that no other individual seeking safety and opportunity in the community experiences similar circumstances without support.

Taking them to court now after they found they followed proper policy but also admitted what the camera captured is not the same as what's written on the police report. Dude talked in circles about how their policy perception is different than the court of law ? Let's see how that holds up in front of a jury. You can't violate people, falsely imprison them and claim no wrong doing . You will be held accountable . I will be releasing the footage to the public once I've redacted my sensitive information. You can't violate people very clearly see I just got back home from a 3 day hospital stay because I had lost a baby going into the second trimester. My loved one called 911 because of how highly emotional it was and believed I could hurt myself if I was alone. You used my literal health crisis to gain access to my home just to falsely criminalize me all because you want to write a report. AMIER DIAZ makes that very clear in the video he literally says it ! That's why he lies and calls my fall , "wrestling" it is illegal to lie in a legal document to initiate an arrest. AMIER DIAZ has no integrity no accountability and should not be working with the public's children . Deceitful and malicious . Disgusting DRAIN THE SWAMP all of my charges were dropped and they had to legally deescalate my arrest to a detention after finding out the DA refused to charge me with no evidence. You can't use other people as a puppet and call them "victims" super sad this is how you rep the department. Again, disgusting.
