Do one online search for the type of insurance they offer and you will know right away that they will scam you out of money. I recently was diagnosed with diabetes and I already have insurance but my insurance was not covering my RX's. So after doing an online form these people called me back. Sold me awful insurance for 170 bucks a month and also slipped in a accidental death policy that I did not need. I was told one thing and got another. When I called them back I was offered three choices on there automated phone answering service 1(member services)2(sales department)(3 parties extension) well 1 and 3 all it did was ring for 30 seconds and then said all of our people are busy leave a message and you will get a call back. Already knowing they were scammers, I knew they would answer the sales line, so I called back and hit 2, and guess what, someone answered. A hot shot guy whose attitude was as if I was stupid and got myself into this mess. He would not let me talk and basically explained to me how screwed up the USA health care system is by thinking I am stupid and don't know the facts. I ended up getting hung up on, that's right, hung up on, and given a number to cancel the health insurance, which went really well and I should be getting my money back soon. So please use ehealth insurance they were great, and if your like me with a preexisting condition go through government agencies until new laws go into effect on Jan 01, 2014 when we will finally be able to get coverage regardless if we are sick our not. P.S. To the guy who hung up on me, I am devoting my day today to make sure that every review site you exist on as well as the BBB knows what you are doing. I am also going to file an official complaint with any and all government agencies notifying them of your bad business practices. I know you told me on the phone "I have plenty of business and I certainly don't need yours" . My response to that is if I can stop one person from getting ripped off by you guys it will help me sleep at night because its businesses like yours that put Americans hostage to the already unfair and cruel Health Care system of America.
