I have met with Annette 3 times so far on my weight loss journey. At 73, I am quite set in my ways and eating habits. She created a plan that worked around that and one I could adapt to that wasn't difficult for me. She had the packaging of products in her office that she suggested and I would take pictures of them for my next grocery shopping trip. She wanted me to cut my two glasses of Pino Grigio wine down to one and I was not happy with that. So she suggested the I do half a wine glass of a stronger white wine - Chardonnay and half a glass of my lime Bubbly water. That way I can still have two glasses. I Love it!
