Dr. Ashley never called me with my results or uploaded the results. Instead she insisted for me to come into the office to discuss this matter which I had to pay and additional $193 dollars. During the process called the office numerous times for my results that she refused to discuss over the phone and never called me back. I am still waiting on a call from Dr. Ashley or even a member of her team. After my pain progressing because of her negligence of care I ended up developing an infection which I went into urgent care to be treated. This all could have been avoided if Dr. Ashley was responsive to my care. I have never experienced a process like this and I DO NOT recommend visiting this clinic or this doctor.

I was even going to a location further from my house. JUST 10 days before my appointment THEY cancelled with me. Just shows me they do not care about their clients. Terrible practice. Probably for the best I never have to deal with them again. They have made it very difficult for me to find care before the end of the year. TERRIBLE. Don't book an appointment.

The front desk staff was responsive and helpful, particularly when it came to receiving medical records and scheduling appointments. From my very first visit, I had a fantastic experience: short wait times, a friendly and efficient check‑in, and a genuinely welcoming environment. Parking was great and easy! Dr. Moore was thorough, explanatory, and inquisitive about my medical history. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed, which immediately put me at ease. I was nervous about changing providers mid‑pregnancy, but I truly feel like I'm in great hands. Haven offers a small‑town, personal feel even though it's in a big city, something that's hard to find. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Moore and the Haven team to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I did not call your office to request any change, nor did I receive any confirmation email or phone call regarding this rescheduling. When I contacted your office to ask about this issue, I was told that the change was made at the patient's request, which is incorrect. I clearly stated that I did not request any change and asked how my appointment could be moved without my authorization or notification. Despite this, I was informed that nothing could be done, even though the mistake was not mine. I then politely requested that the staff check with the doctor to see if I could come at any time on my original appointment date, as I am flexible. I was told that the staff member would check with the doctor and call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a call. When I followed up later the same day, I was told that the staff member was still "in a meeting with the provider." When I called again several hours later, I was told to hold, and then informed that she "did not mean to call" me at all. This response was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. As of now, I am still waiting for a callback. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic courtesy from the front desk staff has been very disappointing. This situation reflects very poorly on your office's patient service standards. I hope this matter can be reviewed seriously and corrected as soon as possible. I would appreciate confirmation of my appointment status and an explanation of how this situation occurred.

She also was caring, making me feel like it was my time to ask whatever I wanted without feeling rushed. I came in hopeful that I had finally found a gynecologist who would listen to me and help address my lifelong struggle with painful periods, along with other physical changes I've been dealing with as I get older. I also carry anxiety from poor care I've received in the past, so finding the right provider really matters to me. Kara Chestnut NP was referred by a PCP I trust, so I went in with a lot of hope. Unfortunately, that hope didn't last long. At my very first visit, some of my concerns were quickly dismissed because they "didn't look that bad," despite this being the first time she had ever met me. I chose to move forward anyway, trusting the referral and wanting to give the process a fair chance. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for what I was told would be a test/procedure. Per their policy, I paid about $250 upfront expecting that service. However, due to an error on their end, I was scheduled for a basic follow-up discussion instead--without having completed all necessary testing (including an ultrasound). The appointment ended up being unhelpful, as we couldn't even fully review my situation. When I brought this up, I was told they don't even perform that procedure on the day I was scheduled. As a new patient, I relied on their office to schedule me correctly, so this was incredibly frustrating. I was left feeling anxious, dismissed, and stuck paying for an appointment that shouldn't have happened in the first place. There was an apology, but no real resolution--no refund, no credit applied--just a suggestion to schedule more appointments (and spend more money). To make matters worse, after this error, I received an email dismissing me as a patient from the practice. While I did not plan on returning, I found this incredibly distasteful given the situation--especially after being told they wanted to help me. Additionally, their lab system was difficult to access. Despite multiple attempts, I was never able to log in. I had to call to receive my results over the phone, and even then was told to wait and discuss them in person at my next visit--which ended up being the incorrect appointment. Overall, while the staff is kind, my experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and costly. If you choose to come here, be aware that you may be asked to pay upfront--even if scheduling errors occur--and that your concerns may not be fully acknowledged.

NO ONE was at the front desk at all when we arrived. she showed up FIFTEEN mins later from the "bathroom" and proceeded to tell us we could not attend our appt due to the fact that she had cancelled it before going to the bathroom which wouldve been well before the time allotment to be late was up. she was very rude to me and another white customer who came in while my partner was waiting to try to speak to someone. another woman who ended up just leaving told us she had been trying to get a form for weeks and was unable to do so due to the lack of communication. my partner was unable to speak to anyone else as she claimed to be the manager and would not consider that we had driven from over an hr away for our appt. im not sure how the midwives and nurses are because after such deplorable treatment we decided not to return at all. very poorly ran. they have also raised costs and are requiring you to take classes that you may not necessarily need esp if youve had multiple natural births before. also they have moved to a smaller/less nice facility next door than previously used which wouldnt have been a problem for me but just so you are aware of before you make an appt (we were not made aware). sucks because we had such a good experience with our last baby and i was looking forward to a similar experience. this woman should not be working in a field with pregnant women and babies when birth centers are so important in places like the south. it drives away people desiring a respected and peaceful smooth process of prental care and natural birth. i hope this review finds its way to management and she is replaced so other women do not have to deal with her.
