We found this place online after trying a couple of places when we moved here…read more It is some of the best chinese food we have even had and I used to work in the Far East. They don't deliver but you can ring your order in and collect. Lovely friendly staff and you get free prawn crackers and fortune cookies. The big thing for us is the huge veggie section, including some with beancurd, which seems rare nowadays. We tend to have loads of dishes for 2 at around £23 and always end up heating half up for next day. Maybe we should order less? Naaaaaaa too good..just as ymmy reheated. Great value! Great food!

I think the owners have expanded to quickly. They put home delivery first. As I said great food. I feel that I will not be going back, as waiting is getting unrealistic. Tasty Kebab

He uses different marinades and higher quality meat than most of the other kebab shops. We now have these kebabs deleivered weekly. Last week he sent a lamb kofta to try and this was also of the same high quality. The salads and sauces are top class - definitely give this place a try.

We often buy the kids lunch on the way back from shopping at the weekend, and the staff are friendly, quick and rarely make mistakes. They even helped us get a better deal (and thus spent LESS money) at the drive through once. They have the usual breakfast menu and burger menu, and do all the specials. They always give the kids different toys in their happy meals which is great and something the other branches dont think about.

The JOA

As always, curiosity makes me fat and so I took a step in and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who pointed proudly to the halal chicken certificate/sticker they had on the wall when I asked about it. They had a good 4 options of types of rice/noodles with around 4 chicken dishes, I opted in for the chilli chicken and chicken teriyaki on some egg fried rice in a small pot (a good hearty meal by my standard) for only £5.20. Upgrade to a large for like 50p if you're feeling malnutritioned. For me, 5 stars was well deserved with the friendliness and informative customer service I received plus the sheer NOM factor of the food - absolutely no grease. I was full but not that gross full feeling which I complimented perfectly with a Japanese Green Tea can from there too. All in all, I kind of wish I was back in my uni days where I lived in that area, just so I can have such an experience regularly - Oh! There's a loyalty card for those who frequent there where you can get the 11th meal free (value of up to £4.70) = SCORE
