Even after moving to a different state 18 months ago, I continue to do sessions over the phone with her when I need them. Laurie treats each client as an individual and works to help each person recognize their behavioral patterns - both the positive patterns and the ones that hold us back from being our best selves. She is compassionate yet straightforward. That being said, you have to be willing to do the work. This sort of deep emotional healing requires you to be completely honest - both with yourself and her. The homeopathic remedy brings your issue to the surface so you can work on it and better yourself. It's not a magic pill that instantly heals everything. Like anyone in the healing profession, Laurie does not have all the answers. Nor does she pretend that she does. She's very honest about the fact that she continues to work on her own healing journey, as does every good healer I've ever met. You, and only you, can do the work to improve your life and Laurie makes that very clear. What she provides is a tool to help you on your path. How you use that tool and what other professionals you decide to consult to help you on your journey is up to you. Laurie also uses muscle testing to help get to the root of issues quickly. She is not a psychic but she does consult her spirit guides to get a clear picture of what is going on with you. Then she will ask you if you feel that what she has told you is accurate and a discussion will ensue. In the past, when I've told her that I didn't agree with her assessment, we've talked about it until more information has come to light that has either helped her to re-assess my situation more accurately OR has helped me see that she has correctly identified a pattern in my thinking or behavior that I had failed to notice. For me, homeopathy with Laurie has been far more effective than traditional therapy. From depression and anxiety to relationship issues, she's helped me through them all. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have had pretty intense stomach issues for the better portion of my life…read more I have tried traditional medicine, diet, and they all have definitely helped. I wanted to seek some alternative aid as well to see if it would help me as well. I came with no expectations other than to experiment and learn at the very least. Oksana took the time to ask me so many questions I had never thought about it. It was kind of like a little therapy session in terms of really thinking about how I am and how my own body is. She took about a week after that to see all my answers and develop the proper remedy for me. It ended up being Nux vomica. She gave me very clear and thorough instructions on how to use it. I have to say it has helped tremendously. My stomach issues have greatly decreased and have not affected my day to day activity. She is a courageous pioneer who does not accept the common limits of medicine that pain sufferers often encounter. She stays by your side, never judging and always trusting her patients. Dr. Kim takes the time, she never gives up, to deeply understand and problem-solve with her patients. She does NOT do a quick visit, prescribe meds and send you off. Instead, she observes how you move, what you do routinely and like a detective, starts to chip away at what the root causes are that challenge your health. You might get a "quick fix" simply because she is brilliant but generally her patients will spend time, do their homework and invest in their new improved health with her as a team partner/leader. After months of working with Dr. Cathy Kim, I can highly recommend her as a physician who is unlike any other. She has taught me how to correct the way I move, stand and sit so as not to further hurt myself. We have gradually relieved my physical pain in multiple areas. It took 70 years for my body to become what it is so the changes are gradual but completely encouraging! Dr. Kim is a treasure!
