First off the funeral home took almost two weeks to cremate my mother! they said it would take 72 hours. When we did hear back from them it wasn't even to pick her cremains up. It was for the death certificate. After several shady calls and dealings with their secretary, and having to go out there twice, we finally got what we can only HOPE are the ashes of our mother, we really aren't sure. Then they messed up the death certificate and when we called to get them to fix it, the secretary was incredibly rude to my sister and almost hung up on her. I am flabbergasted by the treatment we've received and in shock that this place is still in business. If you value your loved one and your own peace of mind, I would not recommend this funeral home.

We have a unit as well as a spot to store our boat trailer on the Hwy 187 location near I85. The…read moreplace is clean and well maintained. They have security cameras covering it. The folks in the office are very nice, efficient, and accommodating. Our unit was being cleaned out by the prior occupants. They took our credit card info, then called when it was available. They are very flexible on use of the parking for our trailer and will allow us to put the boat trailer as well as a small utility trailer in the same spot. Bottom line it's a higher quality place with rates that are lower than expected. We couldn't be happier.
