That she would have the value that day, The 17th and the report, with photos and appraisal on the 18th. Then she lied and sent a text that the she was all "covered up" and couldn't get to me - but yet, that morning she could. She is aware this is a very contentious divorce situation and her appraisal was crucial. Instead of sending the appraisal, she sent an invoice to the wrong email address. It is sort of important to know your client's contact info, I think. Then she said she refuses to release the report to me as if blackmail. I gave her 3/4 of the work to produce the appraisal. The previous appraisal, the taxes, the Zillow and Realtor.com values, the warranty deed, the survey. She is holding the appraisal hostage until she gets her wrong invoice paid - which was supposed to be $425 -and then put a mechanic's lien on the wrong house!!!!! Now if that doesn't show you how unintelligent she is. Work is almost done for, invoice is wrong, alleged blackmail and mechanic's lien on the WRONG HOUSE!!!!! Genius Tracy - don't waste your time or money - I felt like it was a huge SCAM - oh I can do the appraisal and NEVER produces it - but can't produce an invoice. Unbelievable!
