It appears there might be more than one location, with a few being almost too close to each other. I was trying to figure out which one is the main location. Once you find it, you will know that this is the feather in the cap of the Fazer brand. This Fazer coffeehouse is not just about getting something warm to drink and eat. It's an experience. This is a large Art Deco cafe' where they didn't skimp on decking out the exterior and the interior to be true to the genre and, of the places to sit, I wound up seating under a slightly domed glass ceiling that was beautiful, so it was no wonder I gravitated toward that part of the interior. They sell coffee, tea, and cakes, but also have sandwiches, chocolate, candy, and more. There are more bins and shelves with goods than you'd expect in a coffeehouse. They were slightly crowded a little later in the evening, but not excessively so. The service here was a little more curt than that at Roasberg, but they got the job done. I had a slice of berry flavored cake and a cup of decaf coffee since it was a little later in the evening. As soon as I saw Fazer's exterior and went inside, I knew that it would be a little more expensive. It's your job to restrain yourself and not treat it like a restaurant with a series of courses, instead opting for a hot drink and something sweet or savory. If the service was a little more upbeat and the prices were slightly more reasonable, it would get 5 stars from me. However, with what I drank and ate being good and with this being such a unique experience, it easily gets 4 stars. I'd gladly return if in this city again and I recommend visiting this landmark coffeehouse.

When you walk in you are greeted by a display case that shows an array of parties and cake slices. Staff was very friendly. I didn't spend much time browsing as I only had my eye on the prize- passion fruit cheesecake! Unlike an American style cheesecake, this had the texture of a mousse with a thin crust. The passion fruit flavor was lovely and a real treat. Can't wait to go back and try more items.

I think they also have yoga in the back, which is cool. I can see being a regular here! We were greeted as we walked in, and we got a menu in English at the register. For breakfast, they have a set menu or you can get items a la carte. We spent 18 euros on an a la carte smoothie (Energize Me) and their breakfast set, which came with 1) a seed bread topped with a spread, tomatoes, and sprouts, 2) oat pudding, 3) a juice, and 4) a coffee or tea. The cardamom carrot cake and Persian special tea blend were the best! The green interior made us feel like eating in a garden. Their coffee is great! Cappuccinos and lattes are always professionally made and their espresso is very good. It is also not expensive compared to most of Helsinki. Their pastries, cakes and sandwiches are very good and they definitely put a lot of thought into the stuff they offer. They offer a breakfast special in the morning, including a very traditional nordic oatmeal, with coffee and juice and it's very nice. You can also choose yogurt (and vegan yogurt!) instead of the oatmeal. Very nice! At lunchtime they offer a great lunchbuffet. It's a bit pricey but I bet it's worth it cause the food looks very good. All in all, I would say this place is very vegan friendly!
