It's fun and relaxing and can also be very funny at times for those of you that aren not that great at bowling! The staff are all quite helpful and friendly for the rare times that the bowling ball gets stuck in the end bit with the pins, they will get it out and you are back to bowling within 5 minutes. You may even get a free game. As for prices, it is very very cheap. You can book a whole party for a teenager for just 10 pounds, it used to be so much more expensive! Well worth going here for a fun day or night out!

There are 20 lanes available for games of up to 5 people, which provides hours of amusement. If you're bored of bowling and want something different there's a sports bar on site with a ridiculously large television and fairly overpriced drinks. There's also a wimpy with food of a surprisingly good standard, and for the children or children at heart there's many games and arcade machines including air hockey tables, pool tables, racing and shooting games (house of the dead, yes!) and some good old slot machines. A good place for a lighthearted night out. The bowling games are fairly cheap and they often do deals for large groups, however you may need to bring some extra money as food and drink can be quite expensive.

Never very many staff about but you don't really need them you can control everything from the computerised board at your station. Ideal for kids of all ages they have rails for the lane that you can choose to have up for younger bowlers and they have a ramp thing to help the really young send the ball down. Amazing how good getting a strike feels even if playing against 8 year olds (especially as they usually win) its hard not to have fun. They have a bar and food probably best avoided. Having visited last week and been satisfied but not impressed, I enjoyed my visit significantly…read moremore this time: the staff were attentive and friendly, and visible enough to find if there was a problem. While there still weren't many people in the place (rather expected for midday on a Tuesday!), the vibe was much more pleasant. Perhaps I just caught the staff on an off day last time? Either way, it was a very enjoyable visit. However, I would still absolutely prefer if there were direction signs to the bowling/restaurant/skating that weren't just printed on the floor, given the low lighting makes them hard to read!

The good thing about ice rank is that it is indoors and unlike any other place you even can go ice-skating in summer. The equipment all can be hired at the reception. Funny enough I was invited to a birthday to Queens. Even though it is original I did not really enjoy, as we were all grown up girls skating one round after the other. Not to mention this was summer! But pop icon Madonna and Guy Ritchie celebrated their son Rocco's 6th birthday at Queens then I am sure it I good enough for you little ones!

The Kingpin Suite provides exactly that and I had such a great night here. I hired the venue for a work event so we had sole use for the evening but on most nights it is open to the public (you will need to book ahead). The food was great and very American style with mini burgers, hot dogs, pizzas and canapes. The bowling lanes are great fun and the karaoke room is sound proof meaning that it does not disturb the live music in the main room. The karaoke system is also of a high quality and has the largest collection of songs I have ever seen! There is also a hot tub which seems like a bit of an unusual addition - I didn't try that one out! The bar staff are friendly and at around £3.50 for a glass of wine the prices are reasonable. The venue is actually very difficult to find however as is also located in the same building as the Bloomsbury Lanes so it can get quite confusing when trying to locate the place. Kelly dealt with my booking and was fantastic - she made the day run as smoothly as possible and everyone had a great time. This would make a great venue for a Christmas Party.
