Super impressive!!! She is very kind, patient and extremely bright. Concierge medicine is the way to go.

Pros: -Great location for me living in the Galleria area…read more Easy enough to get in and out. -Fantastic NURSE staff. Very friendly, good bedside manner, gentle and accurate blood drawing. -Typically good PAs. -The two times I've seen Dr. Riley in the 3+ years I've gone there, I've gotten a good vibe from her. She's down to earth, not frantic like many doctors. Cons: -The PA position seems to be a constant revolving door. I finally have one that knows my chart, and in pops a new one. -Reception/Office Staff are beyond RUDE. Customer Service is obviously not of great importance here. -SO SLOW. I get called back fairly quickly. And I usually have my vitals checked pretty quickly. But then I wait and wait and wait and wait for a doctor, or PA. -They don't really listen. They form their own ideas of what's going on and tend to stop caring about what you think/feel is going on. I get that they're the pros... But seriously, who knows my body better than me?? All in all, it's not a bad choice if it's a convenient location... But it's definitely not the best experience I've had, medically speaking.

Kelsey Seybold, including Dr. Doneker, Dr. Karpinos and others, took excellent care of my father. He was not an easy patient and is elderly. The quality of the medical advice and general care shown by the doctors was very high quality and empathetic. The empathey generally extended to the non MD staff, both medical and non-medical 2. Medical Records and Hippa - 1*. It is nearly impossible to get medical records. They have an on-line "MyChart" type of app but you can't order your medical records through it or from the MDs you talk to there, can't even find much of the medical record there. They send you a 1 page template that you have to fill out and fax to the "Medical Records" department. Medical records can get you "written" documents (e.g, lab results). When you then ask Medical Records to get CT scans etc. They can't help you and refer you to organizations like "Radiology." When you talk to these orgs (e.g., Radiology) they refer you to "Medical Records." It's like a broken loop that is designed to prevent you from getting your non-written medical records. Basically you are NOT ALLOWED access to your xrays, scans etc the way Kelsey Seybold has set up its system. I suggest some healthcare lawyers or consultants take a look at what they hav set up. I'm no expert but it sure seems like Kelsey is non-compliant with HIPPA. Because of my inability to get my father's brain scans we will not be able to see the progress of a particular disease we believe he has.

She was rude,…read moreimpatient, and dismissed us without even attempting to understand the patient's condition, as if she already knew everything without speaking to us. When I tried to ask a nurse for help, Dr. Gu prevented communication and complained about us disturbing her. Dr. Gu also yelled at us saying that our disease is complicated and she can't help us without even seeing the patient at all. She also complained about us walking around when we just went out one time to chat casually with the nurse. The front desk staff only cared about money, brushing off our concerns and telling us to be quiet. Instead of addressing our issues, they recommended a specialist, but I have no intention of following up with that. I will, however, be calling the specialist to share how terrible this clinic is! Worst doctor I've ever met in my entire life!!! Don't ever think about going there. She does not deserve a doctor's title. She deprives of a patient's hope to get cured by yelling when she can clearly see that the patient is painful and she had never even spoken to the patient yet. As family members of the patient, we were deeply hurt by this unqualified person.
