Today, happens to be the last day of my current refill and I have yet again been delayed in getting refilled since receptionist can't read a calendar to determine when my last refill was. So as it stands now I have no refills and no medicine because of this terrible service which now places us at serious medical risk. I hope the doctor actually reads this and can see how allowing staff to treat patients this way violates their oath to do no harm. They told me 5 days to get a referral through. No escalation path for emergencies. My doc put a STAT and rush on it. Their "referral specialists" just speak from a script. Forget ever talking directly to a provider. Even though I like my doc and hate starting over, I'm changing at the end of the year during open enrollment along with my Medicare plan. It's attorney time before I can't walk again! I'd give 0 stars if that was option.
