Unbelievable how they treat people here. The final straw was calling them several times and leaving…read morenumerous messages trying to get a hold of someone at the office with them never calling me back. I've found that the only way to talk to someone is to physically drive there and see them in person. Aside from their office staff being consistently impersonal and rude, I've also had bad interactions with both their counselors and psychiatrists. The counselor after 2 sessions literally said to me "well, I can't help you but if want to just come in and talk about your week then you can." Needless to say I didn't return. Visiting psychiatrist, when seeking help I was just asked what I wanted to be prescribed. Not being a doctor, I wasn't expecting to be asked for advice. Throughout the sessions I felt like I was an inconvenience and that he was rushing to get me out the door despite sessions typically starting late and lasting roughly 5 minutes. When seeking help I was just asked what I wanted to be prescribed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
