Unbelievable how they treat people here. The final straw was calling them several times and leaving numerous messages trying to get a hold of someone at the office with them never calling me back. I've found that the only way to talk to someone is to physically drive there and see them in person. Aside from their office staff being consistently impersonal and rude, I've also had bad interactions with both their counselors and psychiatrists. The counselor after 2 sessions literally said to me "well, I can't help you but if want to just come in and talk about your week then you can." Needless to say I didn't return. Visiting psychiatrist, when seeking help I was just asked what I wanted to be prescribed. Not being a doctor, I wasn't expecting to be asked for advice. Throughout the sessions I felt like I was an inconvenience and that he was rushing to get me out the door despite sessions typically starting late and lasting roughly 5 minutes. Saw Tessa for therapy and Dr Naimark for psychiatry. They both have no place in mental health treatment and should be ashamed. The office woman is a snot. "Dr" numba$$ was treating my hypomania with anxiety medicine. He is nothing more than a pill dispensing robot work zero compassion and zero intelligence. He can't even type. Tessa is supposed to be a therapist but she was the least compassionate person I've encountered who claim to specialize in treating people with chronic pain. This place should be shut down. read more

First off I only picked a rating of one star because apparently zero stars isnt an option. Dont see Dr niemark. I tried bringing my son to see him but everything is worse now. In the appointment he was asking my son the usual questions and then turns to ask me, the mother how I think things are going but then mid sentence as I am answering his question Dr niemark just turns back to my son and says well you have your appointment for next week I'll see you then bye for now. So I'm like what was that I was answering your question you just cut me off. He replied oh I didnt mean to make you feel rushed. It wss more than feeling rush he was just a rude assemby line prick. Plus he didnt notify the phamacy of the adjusted presciptions. I could go further but my point is don't go to Chestnut Hill with the hope of getting better everthing with my son is an even bigger cluster "bleep" than before. read more

I have tried calling this place over 10 times a day for the last week...I have had only someone pick up twice. The first time a lady answered who was extremely rude and told me I didn't have the info she needed. The second time(the same day) the same rude lady picked up said "k hold on" and HUNG UP on me. RUDE. The only reason I even called was because I was referred from my doctor. Thank god you didn't because if you treat your patients like this just to set up an appointment I couldn't even imagine the how the rest would be. I'll be happy to tell everyone I know how bad you guys suck. Thanks read more
