The atmosphere of the salon is very calming and soothing. There is always a beautiful aroma of essential oils and a sample of lotion or scrub waiting. My phone was stolen this weekend and it had my appointment time in there and I was about 30 minutes late. She told me not to worry, said that she was sorry that this happened to me, and took me back right away. Both times my eyebrows have looked great. She knows how to shape them so well and makes sure that you are not in any kind of pain. I love that my eyebrow area does not burn or hurt like it usually does afterwards. Overall it is just a great experience and the cost is just 12 euros. It is a little bit more than a couple of other places I've seen, but it is worth it as the atmosphere and customer service are the best. I definitely plan to come back here during my stay in Madrid for my eyebrows as well as a facial. I love that they use products without chemicals, additives, and they are not tested on animals.
