This is why I communicated before my service even started that 1) I prefer gentle filing and have thin nails 2) wanted my cuticles/ skin around nails cleaned up. I got rough, uneven, fast filing and I was sent away with my cuticles/skin looking like I was due for a manicure. Any time I asked for a nail to be filed a different shape or fixed (because they were uneven), I was met with attitude. I tried to communicate with the nail tech throughout my service to ensure I left happy, however I was ignored and sent away with poorly shaped, unsightly, and messy polished nails.

They screwed up my hair I told them before I left about things I didn't like and my feelings were dismissed and I left in tears. I called to get it fixed I even sent them a message on an app they use. It took me 3 days to talk to the stylist and then she told me it's my fault and she did her best but I know she didn't and instead of trying to fix it she just told me that I'm a problem client and she doesn't want to do my hair ever again . And I was over charged for something I didn't like not want. Since she doesn't even want to try and fix it I'm asking for a refund but now nobody's answering me and the person I want to talk to is gone till next week sometime I'm told which I know isn't true. What I got was a 20 minute pedicure and a bill for $150 After a rushed vibe. She charged $75 for that rushed pedicure and another $65 for a basic color change and one nail fix. That pricing is outrageous, especially for the quality and time spent. I've had far better service for half the cost. Even in expensive areas. This honestly felt like I was taken advantage of because I was from out of town. There was no transparency on pricing beforehand, and if there had been, I would have walked out. Be very careful here. Ask for prices upfront or you might end up with a bill that makes no sense for what you actually received.
