The nail tech was professional and nice. The pedicure took around 30 minutes. Ideally, I would have liked a longer pumice scrub for calluses as well as a longer massage. The massage lasted approximately 3 minutes for each leg. It's not long but at least lotion is not just rubbed on your leg. I don't think nail salons here really go out of their way to make a pedicure a spa experience. Good deal for the money and if you're in a hurry.

To give you an idea of how good she is: I haven't lived in PA for almost a decade, but whenever I find myself back there I go out of my way to get my hair cut by Crissy. I have lived in at least four other states and four major US cities and have yet to find a stylist as talented as Crissy who I trust to cut and color my hair. I always leave other salons disappointed and with an outrageous bill. What costs me at least $250 in other cities (cut, color/highlight, style, eyebrows) only runs me $100 at Bella! I've occasionally had my hair cut and colored by other stylists at this salon and have never been disappointed with the results. Bella Salon and Spa is fantastic! The staff are fantastic, the decor is fantastic, the results are fantastic! You really can't go wrong with this salon.

Then went we both signed our names in, she gave us such bad attitude "Why didn't you tell me before?" Very rude and disgusting. We signed both our names in and when you asked us why we were here I clearly stated we both were here for our brows. Then she continued to speak under her breath to her coworkers. Save your money and go to somewhere courteous where the workers aren't disgusting and rude, and where they actually know what they're doing. Will never be going here again.
