Since I have a sensitivity to smells, I asked them to turn the air conditioner on or open the door. She went to the front door and said it's too cold to open. Then she told me that they were not going to turn on the air conditioner. They turned the air conditioner on in the summertime. Ot mow. If I wanted the air conditioner on, I could go someplace elser! I will not be going back to Marvelous Nails as I'm going someplace else.

They had a really good classic movie playing home alone for the holiday. Holidays music playing at an appropriate level. My friend had a scheduled appointment and I was able to get an appointment last minute alongside her. I'm happy with my nails. My natural nail is very short! Thanks Phil!

Water was offered us a refreshment and breaks were also offered as needed. Staff were all very kind and had great charisma with each other, us and other guests. I had a wonderful time receiving my acrylic French tips from "Mike". I've had my acrylics on for almost 2 weeks now, and they still look flawless. My cuticles are super healthy and the acrylics are shiny, formed and strong as ever. I don't know when I'll need to get a fill at this point because they still look amazing. I do a lot of work with my hands and a lot of relaxing -and by that I mean soaking in hot tubs. My acrylics are still set perfectly, nothing has lifted or scuffed. Will 100% be back

IT WAS A DREAM!!!!... until it became a nightmare!!! at the end I had to sit down to send a tip via Venmo because they wouldn't let me on the card.. at which time I was groped by the owner son inappropriately on my inner thigh near my private area. He then looked at me and said "why are you so big Big? You need to exercise you're too big." Literally, no one saw this or was paying attention to the child besides another customer. I literally just said " oh wow, that's not very nice" because I was appalled and also feeling very violated!! (not to mention I had just given a 45% tip...) I left and got to my car, very embarrassed and upset. I immediately called the salon as I knew the child's mother was the one who was answering the phone. I explained to her what happened and I didn't even get an apology or any type of sympathy. She just said "OK thanks for telling me." I also want to know that I wasn't the only one that this child was invading peoples space or making uncomfortable as I was in the salon for an hour and a half and witnessed more... I live an hour away from this location, and I was planning on driving every 6 to 8 weeks for a pedicure because of how amazing my experience was... Such a shame that that won't be the case. I am beyond impressed with the quality and experience this nail bar has provided my last few times coming here. Highly recommend this place if you feel your other salon isn't giving you that good experience. I have previously gone to 4 other salons and I have NEVER been treated as kindly as I have here. I made appointments for 4 mani / pedis on Saturday and we could all get in and be seated together…read more We chose the luxury package. The techs did a great job providing the color and design the girls requested, matching their fingernails and toenails. I was the only one with gel nails with my mani since I wanted white tips. The next day the three who did not have gel lost their fingernail polish completely. The polish on their fingernails just peeled off in one complete piece. Like it just lifted off. They were SO disappointed. Strangely, the pedi polish is fine for all, and the same nail polish and colors were used. I am disappointed since this was a great experience for us to share and the techs were friendly and accommodating but we won't be going back.
