First of all, when my two other classmates and I walked in one of the employees was sleeping on the couch right next to the entrance and didn't notice us walk in.
So when two of the employees took my classmates I was waiting next to classmate A for the other employee to finish with her client.
The person who was doing Classmate A nails grabbed our nail file and buffer (which was in sandwich bags by the way), and dropped mine. After then the person who was doing my nails was ready. Right off the bat she was upset with what the last person tipped her, right in front of me.
While she was getting ready to do my nails she continued to drop my nail file on the disgusting floor, and didn't get a new one or anything. There was no visible indication that there was any disinfection container anywhere.
She was also grabbing implements from the same drawer that she had money stuffed in and other paper towels (what looks like paper towels anyway. And used all of them. (Keep in mind she didn't disinfect ANYTHING before taking me, still a bunch of product, nail dust, and powder all over the work station.
While using the file she kept hitting my hand and there's a bit of skin gone. And my nails look bulky
On to Classmate A, he was a bit aggressive with it. She was bleeding from cuticle cutter, like a lot, and he didn't stop or say anything and continued to just smear blood on her nails and paint over it.
