I used to like going there because of the lady there named Carmi but now that she doesn't work there I will not go back I went there to get my nails done and I was next in line and some lady who came in the get her nails done seemed rude but anyway the worker took her before me and said I'm gonna give her a pedicure then I'll get to you after it set it I got mad and said you know what don't worry about it and left. The people that work here are VERY rude! I got my nails done here one time and it will be the last! I had to return to get my nails fixed because the man told me they were dry. I had to return the next day to get them fixed because they were not dry. When i went in to get them fixed the lady was extremely rude to me. I would leave them -1 stars if I could, I came in one Sunday afternoon at 3:15 and their posted hours on Sunday are till 5, but today they were talking about closing at 4, so I guess I screwed that up for them, the main guy did my nails and toes and every time he asked what I wanted and I told him what I wanted he tried to talk me into something that wouldn't take him as long! He was also VERY VERY rude and when I asked for what I wanted which was them to actually scrub my feet and get all the old dead skin off he said "NO we do already" I pointed out that my feet still had dry skin & he suggested that was my fault and that I could take care of it at home!! If i wanted to do that at home then why am I paying for a pedicure!?!! Then VERY impolitely told me that if I was unsatisfied I could get up and leave right then however my pedicure being halfway done I didn't want to leave with my toes looking all jacked up, which I see now that is what would've happened.... Long story short I left there with the worst looking full acrylic set and pedicure I've ever had because I'll pay for (&tip) for what I ask for! read more

I only selected the 1 Star because a "0" is not available. My dear friend, new to the area, came here to relax, unwind and receive a full service pedicure. BUYER BEWARE - she was physically man-handled by the male owner when she expressed genuine concern about the caliber of her experience. Instead of graciously working through this with her, 1 or more Nail Galaxy employees grabbed her and "scraped" the already-applied polish off of her toes - she has photographic evidence of this that she posted on Facebook and as a witness to this, they did not miss a toe (that tells you how physically inappropriate they were with a customer) and proceed to kick her out of the salon! I would not only think twice about going there, but pass it on by, especially if you have young girls or the elderly with you!!! Nail Galaxy: you are a shameful addition to this mall and complaints are being filed with Mall Management, Mall Security, Jasper's Better Business Bureau and the Jasper Chamber of Commerce Chapter. read more

Wow...I will not go back there again even then though it is more convenient when you are already at the mall. I, too, had the rude and grumpy male, who hurt me because he scrubbed my feet so hard. He completely stopped what he was doing about 3 times so he could watch a video on his co-workers phone. After the polishing was done, he had more on my toes than my nails! When I mentioned it, he was not too happy and halfway rubbed off the excess. I got my 11 year old daughter to finish the job when I got home. I should have just let her do the job in the first place. I could have saved $20 and an hour's worth of my time. read more
