I needed to find a new hairdresser as my hairdresser had changed professions. I picked this place…read morebecause one of the hairdressers was referred to me by a friend. I booked a hair appointment for my daughter, which takes about a month to get in. When I booked the appointment, I told them that I'm booking this appointment for my daughter. I gave them her name and gave them my phone number as she is only 13 years old. I work night shift so on the day of my daughters hair appointment my husband dropped her off. They had no clue of the appointment made for my daughter even after my husband gave them my phone number to look up. When I woke up that day, I had a voice message left by the salon stating that I had missed my appointment. I had called back to clarify the situation they had apologize for my daughter missing her appointment, but said that they had rebooked her for 9 AM this Friday. as I work night shift, my husband brought my daughter back to her appointment during his workday and the salon was not open. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone as it takes over a month or longer to get into a decent hair appointment now it's our holiday weekend and my daughters hair is still not done.

My manicure easily lasts two weeks and sometimes even longer. Bobbi also gives a great pedicure. Her tanning beds are always clean and sanitized and she always reminds you to get goggles before going in. She also is very motherly with tanning time advise to make sure that you do not overdo it on the fake bake.

All she did was make each nail a different length & shape. She seemed shocked when I told her I wanted them the same length. She spent 7-10 minutes messing my nails up. I also, got the most expensive pedicure & she didn't remove the calluses. When I asked her to please work on them more there was an up charge (they're still the same as when I went in). $20 up charge for gel polish. I'm not even charged that on Maui. The moment I walked in and met the owner, Tanya, I knew I was in the right place. I've traveled the world pretty extensively and I have to say I can't remember ever having had a better experience. I've been in spas ranging from 5 star Ritz Carltons to 5 star castles in Europe and though Rejuvenation can't compete with multimillion dollar surroundings it would still be my first choice at any time.
