This is a review for Susan Wang (susan.wang@presidentialinc.com), but considering all these…read morehorrible reviews: I would say it is a reflection of the company as a whole. Today, my agent and I went to a showing after texting Susan, to see a home in the San Dimas area. Susan okayed the viewing, and after viewing the home, I was sold on signing up for the property. After the viewing my agent tried contacting Susan multiple times via email/phone/text as she was not responsive for multiple hours. I had my paper work ready to send, but was on hold for hours. We then receive a call back (after work hours), to say that the home was actually sold today... No explanation, just that it was sold without telling us anything or updating us. So in short: I wasted my entire day for this viewing that I liked, and did not receive any updates on it at all. It was basically a tease for me to enjoy the home, but then tell me "sorry for not responding to anything, but the house is gone". Awful agent, awful experience, and overall an awful professional experience that led to me wasting my day/energy. If they have a property to view, consider it gone without you knowing it, and that they will not respond to you.

If you prefer to be treated like a decent human being, THEN AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Every single person I've spoken with here have left me feeling aggravated and disrespected. Even the lady at the reception desk treated me like I'm an idiot. How do you run a business like this?! How do you speak to your clients or just people in general with such rude and awful (lack of) mannerism?! Just having to deal with these people twice a year, at move-in and move-out, is already two times too many for me. Every phone call my roommates and I have received from them made us feel.. honestly just harassed. They called us uncooperative and scolded us as if we were children. We are all full-time working adults, our parents don't even talk to us like that. During our last month before move out, Anne demanded a copy of our keys for them to show the place to potential future tenants (which we of course understand and agreed to), but she failed to follow up with us and never brought anyone over. Surprise, surprise, who would want to work these people anyway. On move out day, I was scheduled to meet with Grace at 4pm. At 3:28pm my roommate received a call from her demanding to know why nobody was there. I also received a call from her telling me she's closeby. That's nice, we all have jobs, too, if we made an appt at 4, I'll be there at 4. I assumed I'd be meeting her at their office, and upon arrival, I was "greeted" by a rude lady at the reception desk who kept grabbing the papers in my hand and asking what I was there for. She made me put all the keys in one of their envelopes and made me write my name, number, and property address on there. Fine, that makes sense I guess. After she taped up the envelope she says to me, "Ok, call Grace now." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? SHE'S NOT HERE? Nope, she's not. You seriously couldn't have told me this when I got there? Is wasting my time fun for you?! My bad if I didn't know that I was supposed to meet at the house, nobody ever informed me of this either. I rushed over to the house like a maniac and ran up to the door only to see her taking her sweet time to finish up her business in her car. She doesn't even greet me or introduce herself, I've never even met her before, but that's my stupidity to think they had the manners for that. She walked around our carpeted house with her shoes on criticizing me of how dirty we are. We're pretty clean people and we did a pretty good job with taking care of that place, sorry we actually LIVED there and it's not cleaner than before we moved in. She said that the carpets were new when we moved in when we know for a fact from our landlord (and have pictures for proof) that it was not spotless and had a layer of dust on top due to its two year vacancy. Get your facts straight. I left feeling angry and insulted, there's no reason for anyone to talk to you and treat you the way they do. ESPECIALLY for real estate agents. It's no wonder this place has such poor reviews. They don't even deserve that one star. If I knew how to contact their management to file a formal complaint, I would. But looks like the bad reviews on here are of the founder himself. Then what's there to do? JUST DON'T EVER USE THEM. Save yourself the grief, seriously, any real estate company is better.

Things started off with the Sales Rep all bad, she did not want to meet us at the home after setting the appointment and was very unprofessional, standing outside on the phone arguing with someone. We knew what we were looking for in a home, and even with the lack of professionalism decided that we would make an offer. Terms were agreed to by both sides. During the initial visit we had a conversation about a broken control for the homes Smart features, to which we were told they knew it was broken and that they had already started working on getting it fixed. Fast forward just under 40 days we do a walk through, and guess what its still broken. Now I'm a little upset, we are past the point where I can cancel, have already started the moving process, and am stuck. We are told that the company that installed it will try and get it fixed before us moving in. Any guesses...yeah of course that did not happen. So I wanted to give a special thanks to Leticia Romero, for over promising on a sale and under delivering. Since this item was not fixed prior to us closing on the home, I get the joys of dealing with the company that installed it myself. To date in the month I have had the home I have had SST show up for 3 appointment, and flat out miss number 4, and still can not use all of my New homes features as promised. I have been told by the New Home Company that they can not use a second trade partner and that I should give SST attempt number 5 to fix things. Sounds like such a great option doesn't it? If you are looking at a home built by New Home Company make sure there are no issues in the home prior to closing. If SST is involved also..... find a different builder.

My case took much longer than I expected and became increasingly frustrating. I initially spoke with Deborah R. only once. After that, Rebekka T. began communicating with me and repeatedly requested additional paperwork and information. I called the office and spoke with Maria V., who was very kind and helpful. I explained that I thought I was working directly with Deborah, and Maria told me that was no longer the case. Unfortunately, when I later tried to contact Maria again, I was told that she no longer worked there. Throughout my case, I was repeatedly asked for more and more paperwork and information, resulting in additional billable time. I found myself spending a significant amount of time going back and forth providing personal information and answering questions that I felt had already been addressed. Ultimately, I incurred a large legal bill, which I paid, but I felt that I had very little to show for the amount of time and money spent. Then I began receiving communication from Andrea L., who said she was assisting Rebekka. She called me and asked many of the same questions I had already answered for Deborah and Rebekka. This was particularly difficult because, at the time, I was dealing with serious health issues and undergoing chemotherapy. I was exhausted and not feeling well, and repeatedly having to revisit sensitive personal information was extremely stressful. I also received a bill listing Andrea L. as a senior attorney and charging me for one hour. I had documented the telephone conversation, and my records showed that the call lasted approximately 22 minutes. I became concerned when I noticed that the phone number associated with Andrea had a Georgia area code. I researched her credentials because I wanted to understand why I was being charged a senior attorney rate. At the time, I was unable to find a California license for her and found information indicating that she was an attorney based in Georgia. I questioned Rebekka about why I was being charged a senior attorney fee for this time and asked for clarification. She offered to discount the bill, which she did. I also copied Deborah R. on my email because she was the attorney I originally believed I was working with. Rebekka responded that I was her client and did not need to discuss the matter with anyone else. I found that response concerning, particularly given my questions about who was handling my case and how I was being billed. Eventually, I decided I needed to find another attorney. Finding a real estate attorney who was willing and able to take on my complicated case was not easy. Fortunately, I found a different real estate attorney who was compassionate, responsive, and communicated directly with me. He immediately reviewed my situation and explained that we could resolve the matter without going to court and unnecessarily increasing attorney fees. The difference in my experience was remarkable. He was determined, honest, considerate, and gave me peace of mind knowing that my case was being handled properly. He ultimately helped bring the matter to a successful conclusion. I am sharing my experience not to discourage anyone from making their own decision, but to encourage people to ask questions before hiring an attorney: Who will actually be handling your case? Who will be communicating with you? What billing rates will apply? And who exactly is being billed for the work? When you are already dealing with a difficult legal situation and especially when you are dealing with serious personal circumstances. You need an attorney who communicates clearly, treats you with compassion, and gives you confidence that your case is being handled carefully. Based on my experience, I would not hire this firm again.
