I cannot show in a review, my appreciation for the amazing urgent care team, the docs, front office…read morestaff, nurses, medical assistants, lab, X-ray and many, many more. No matter if the waiting room is full or if there is just a couple people in the waiting room, the waiting room area and the bathrooms are ALWAYS clean.
You might see some complaints, about urgent care and long wait times, well, when you go to urgent care you should expect that because some cases are more complicated than others. (I mean, would you like them to speed things up with you, possibly misdiagnose, forget to draw a lab or just blow off your multiple concerns that you have, because there is someone in the waiting room complaining that YOU are taking too much of the providers time)? I have seen a lot of upset people complaining to the front office staff or saying that they will just leave, well, all I can say is , if you choose to do that than that's your decision, no one is making you stay there, so to those who want to cuss, embarrass yourself, disrespect medical professionals, then you have the right to do that, BUT, think about the next time you are at the Dr and the tables are turned, and you will be in with the provider and someone is trying to throw a tantrum to get back to the dr, since you have been with him/her long enough. Sound ridiculous?
Yeah, so when you go here, or any medical walk in facility, have some grace, not just for the medical staff, but also yourself and the other patients who are also waiting to be seen.
