They are so nice and always great me with smiles and hugs !!!!! I don't go anywhere else lol ... they always hook my nails up!!! Hands and feet no sweat. A lot of these nail shops are rude as hell and really don't do gel acrylic like the way they do in the states. THIS PLACE IS THE TRUTH! Although yelp indicated that it was by appointment only, we decided to try and as luck would have it Heike was able to fit my wife in (if you do come here please make an appointment as she is apparently very busy). First off the salon is located in a very nice cosmetic store and everything was very well appointed. Heike took very good care of both of us with both conversation and she did a great job on my wife's feet. My wife felt a million times better and we highly recommend this place for anyone in Hamburg needing a quality pedicure.
