They are so nice and always great me with smiles and hugs !!!!! I don't go anywhere else lol ... they always hook my nails up!!! Hands and feet no sweat. A lot of these nail shops are rude as hell and really don't do gel acrylic like the way they do in the states. THIS PLACE IS THE TRUTH! The second time was a really unpleasant experience, with a surly nail stylist, rough, unprofessional treatment and no sensation at all of care for the customer's experience. On top of all that, the next week three of the nails fell off whilst away travelling, just before a very important meeting. Getting a manicure should be a pleasant, relaxing experience. This studio charges a lot, delivers a very poor, unfriendly experience and terrible quality. Avoid this place.

Came back two days later (first they could fit me in), and then they had me wait. The girls couldn't have cared less, no one greeted me, I was treated with sheer indifference at every interaction. When my nail technician came, she never even said hello or Guten Tag (I speak German fluently). When they ran late, they were not apologetic, and wanted me to wait 20 minutes. When I protested, they got me in after 10 minutes of waiting, but only after berating me for asking too much of them. Once in their back room, technician took 15 minutes for what I was told would be a 60-minute treatment - weird machine instead of foot bath, parafin wax, etc., no cuticle treatment, no polish, I have no idea really, what this machine was supposed to have done - and demanded full payment. My feet are virtually the same as when I went in. Appalling customer service even with low German customer service expectations.

Although yelp indicated that it was by appointment only, we decided to try and as luck would have it Heike was able to fit my wife in (if you do come here please make an appointment as she is apparently very busy). First off the salon is located in a very nice cosmetic store and everything was very well appointed. Heike took very good care of both of us with both conversation and she did a great job on my wife's feet. My wife felt a million times better and we highly recommend this place for anyone in Hamburg needing a quality pedicure.
