More 1 Brandy Ruchupani 2 reviews 3 minutes ago New I saw Dr rain for a follow-up on a previous surgery he said I needed a hemeriodeectomy I said no he said yes he said yes it needed to be eliminated as an issue ..had the surgery I was told no sutures 5 days after surgery I was out of pain meds when I contacted his office they said he's only my doctor on Saturday so I had to go a week without pain meds and continued bleeding 3 weeks after surgery still bleeding profusely I went in for a recheck he violated me during the exam ..me screaming for him to stop he refused after the fact he stated there were staples left inside ( what do you mean staples?!???) that I was not fully healed yet and then told me to enter a butthole contest because I had the prettiest butt in town later I had to have reconstructive surgery because the staples that I was not even aware of prior to the surgery had now become embedded in scar tissue and he stapled me closed I had the reconstructive surgery but the lifelong pain is going to be there due to the staples that were left behind by Dr arain he and his staff are mindless heartless selfish unprofessional and absolutely do not care about their patients... he is only in the medical field for money and he will lie in cheat to get it regardless of the consequences to his patients... he is a mutilation doctor read his reviews before going to see him I wish I had !!!!!!!

Finally, a guy came in and said the doctor will see me now, I thought the doctor was going to come into my room, but instead, I had to go into the room next to where I was. The doctor was sitting. In that room there was a examination table that had been clearly used because the paper was crinkled up on it, but not changed , and a chair for me to sit about 6 feet from anyone. The man who retrieved me came and sat down at a computer. I told the doctor I was upset and then I had been there for two hours waiting for him. He said, why did she wait so long? The people in the room had no reply. I never got an apology from anyone. Never got an answer as to why I was waiting so long. I basically spoke to the doctor for 10 minutes. He was dictating to that man the whole time not really even looking at me. He said go schedule your surgeries. I was still upset went out to the receptionist to schedule and she informed me that she was not the scheduler and to go sit back in the waiting room and they will call me when the scheduler is ready. After another 10 minutes of waiting in the waiting room, I got up and left. All that time for a consultation. I am a patient person if someone had just explained to me that they were busy or behind. I would've gladly waited, but no one even acknowledged I was there or gave me any type of apology for the long wait. The front office staff was terrible and the doctor was not sympathetic at all. I would never recommend that place for the way I was treated. I give that place a zero star.

He's not very caring or understanding about issues that affect/ruin someone's daily life. There has to be much more caring Dr out there with a competent staff. It def is not this office.
