Professionalism, quality, cleanliness, and overall communication was not good. I came to get my eyebrows threaded and my upper lip threaded. The lady here at the shop tonight was very unpleasant. She was very rude. I wasn't greeted at the door, neither when I sat down. I know when you have existing clients you will chitchat with your client. I was uncomfortable listening to them talk. I personally think their conversation was inappropriate. I tried to drown out their conversation. But they included me, by looking at me after asking each other an open ended question. The lady threading my eyebrows was unnecessarily rough on my face. After she was done removing my unwanted hair, I was not offered any cooling gel or alcohol for my face. When she asked for payment she was tapping on her desk referring me to hurry up with taking my cash out to pay. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! Also there is still hair on my eyebrows and upper lip that I had asked to be threaded. And I payed for this service. Very very unpleasant. read more

i have sparse eyebrows to begin with, so i had been letting my eyebrows grow for a month. I went to yelp to find eyebrow threading, since waxing sometimes gives me little bumps. nabeela had great reviews, so i finally went in. the shop was empty when i arrived, and i was greeted by a nice lady who i assume is nabeela. i was in the chair, and she immediately went to work. it hurt less this time (i have had my eyebrows threaded a few times before, at a different place, and i teared up so badly). when she was finished, she trimmed my eyebrows a bit, and then handed me a tissue and a mirror to look over her work. It looked fine, and i promptly paid and left. When i got home, i looked at my eyebrows in my lighting, and there were a few strays that she missed. oh well. it was $5! She was quick and she cleaned up my brows nicely, but if i want more shape and grooming, i'll shell out extra money and hit up the Benefit brow bar. read more

They really do a great job here. Nabeela, and the new girl who has been there lately, are very talented and are able to work quickly to shape and clean up my eyebrows. There isn't usually much of a wait and I'm always happy with the way my eyebrows look. My only complaint is that sometimes they are not open during business hours.
