Had to get tracking done and asked if they could identify what the knocking noise could be on my…read morecar which was to do with the front suspension, they have checked and noticed a part which was on its way out that another mechanic didn't identify. Got booked in a week later, on the day after changing the parts the noise has indeed reduced! But there was something else causing the clunking noise.. they gladly invited me to come back around a few hours later after i called in. We did a test drive with one of the mechanics who was very helpful; he has lifted up the car again and checked through again and has found that the previous mechanic didn't tighten the droplinks correctly. He has tightened them correctly and long behold the noise was completely gone! No extra charge and a lot of peace of mind!! Would recommend!

Called Tyreland at 4:00 pm and they said "Get here by 5:00 and we will take care of you." We got there by 4:30 and were out of there with a new tire by 5:10. They were so nice and helpful. I recently bought a 07 car off this garage. After having the car for 4.5 months the engine gave up…read moreand needed replacing. There were only 55,000 miles on it. I went back down to the seller to be told that it wasn't covered by warranty and I had no comeback whatsoever. I eventually reached an agreenment with the seller for half of the costs of repair. This took 3 weeks. I asked for the car to serviced before I bought it. I was told it would be but turns out it never was. The seller is confused about this. The first time I went down he said that he sold it to me on the understanding that it needed to be serviced. Second time I went down He said it had been serviced!!. Basically sat away from this business. I am able to accept that what happen to the car may not have been garages fault. But the customer service was a joke. 4.5 months later a thousand euro to fix. AVOID!!

I got a puncture and I pulled into Red Cow Tyres. I got a replacement tyre and drove home to…read morekilkenny. My next journey in the car was to wexford and while on the motorway the car started shaking and making noise. I luckily got to a Renault garage and when my car was examined I was told that the tyre that had been put on by Red Cow Tyres had not been tightened or screwed in properly. I wa very lucky that the wheel had not come off when I was driving on the motorway. I phoned and spoke to someone who works at Red Cow Tyres but I was told that it is up to the customer to check the tyre is on properly after driving 30 miles. I have never heard of this and I know nothing about putting a tyre on. I had paid to get the tyre replaced and put on. I just want people to be aware of this situation asit is very serious and I was very lucky I didn't cause or be involved in a serious car accident because the wheel was not tightened properly.
