This was a light soup and great starter. For the meal I had the pork with potato pancakes and cabbage. The pork was tender and the potato pancake was a little salty but combining both the pancake with the pork gave it a good balance. I'm not a big cabbage person and this was one of the more light tasting cabbages I've had. For dessert I feel in love with the buchty it had a similar flavor profile to like a toasted French toast in my opinion. Cinnamon and fluffy but toasted on the outside.
