There isn't much space to sit inside but there is enough outside. The bread, coffee, cakes and pizza are amazing here and what makes it even better is knowing the background and the history of this bakery. We were lucky enough to learn about it during the open bakery tour, which takes place once a year. We learned that they get their grains locally for years from the same organic farmer. They have two mills grinding their own flour. And a system that transfers the flour into the bakery, where it is still prepared and kned the old traditional way. All with a lot of love and passion. The bakery is owned by six partners at the moment and creates this unique love for their profession that is reflected in the quality of their products. I am so impressed by this entire concept that from today on I am committed to buy my bread only here and no longer at the grocery store. If you haven't been here yet, do take the trip and try their bread/pastries and ask tge staff any questions you have, they are always helpful and friendly.
This place has also a small room where they sell baking items and organic products. Extra tip: Customers may also purchase their own dough to bake it at home.
