For years, whenever we need a car to take us to the airport or bring us home, I'll call Veterans…read moreCar Service. Ray, the owner runs a pretty large fleet of very spacious vehicles. The drivers are always on time and their service is superb. Within minutes of calling and make a reservation, I'll receive an email confirmation of all the details to make sure everything is correct. And /4 hours prior, I'll receive a text reminder , then 2 hours and then 15 minutes prior to the driver's arrival at my house. A few weeks ago, my wife and I were leaving for a vacation and truth be told, I had inadvertently given Ray the wrong date of our departure and realized my error when at 11pm on the night before we were leaving, I realized, I hadn't received our 24 hour notification. I checked my original confirmation and saw to my shock that I had given Ray the date we were going to be arriving at another island on our trip! I called frantically and got Veterans' evening service, the gentleman explained he'd have to call the owner to see if it would be possible to get a Druver on short notice. We were leaving for the airport at 7, in the morning! I waited on hold wondering what I would do , when the operator assured me that a car would be arriving in the morning. And two minutes later I received a texted confirmation of the correct pick up time! This is a great company, that provides wonderful service and in this case, also saved my marriage!

If you are concerned about the coronavirus ( and who isn't?) you'll be reassured to know that every one of their luxury vehicles have the latest plexiglass and other safety items in place to reassure you that you'll be in a safe environment. When we would travel to the airport, we knew that Scarsdale Veterans would always be prompt and professional. The owner Ray, was always a pleasure to work with snd his team of drivers were always a pleasure to have as our chauffeurs. These last 10 months have understandably had a terrible impact on many businesses as people are traveling less, however if you need to get someplace and don't want to hassle driving or being uncertain if your Uber or Lift drivers will show up, be smart and call Scarsdale Veterans Car Service. As a customer who values their reliability, I look forward to using them for our next trip.

This car service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. In my job as an Executive Assistant I…read morehandle International and local travel for C-level professionals on a regular basis, and have only come across 1 other car service company that I would say is less professional than this one. To start off, I submitted an online request for a quote... what I received almost immediately was a reservation CONFIRMATION. A little odd, but I could overlook that since I hadn't provided payment info yet. They then proceeded to SPAM my email with 2 different email chains... on a Friday afternoon and they continued over the weekend. Their correspondences were barely literate and written as if they were 10 years old and we were buddies just texting each other... They then started a 3rd email chain with a new confirmation price that was almost double the initial quote, with NO EXPLANATION. Annoyed, and already wary of their haphazard process and completely unprofessional demeanor, I took time out of my Sunday to call them. They told me they had misquoted the initial cost because they had input the incorrect pick-up location. I scoured through the plethora of emails they had sent and each one had the pick-up location I had input in order to get the initial quote so where they got the incorrect pick up location from... I will never know. I asked them to honor their initial quote and they literally started SCREAMING at me. I am a professional who knows that any company who handles their business and clients the way Point to Point Limo does is NOT a company that should be in business and not one that I'd entrust to chauffeur the Executives I am responsible for, or anyone else, for that matter. Thankfully, I canceled Point to Point Limo and went with another car service that I ended up being very happy with, as was the CEO who rode with them. If you want to be spammed with barely intelligible emails, picked up from the wrong location, double-charged, screamed at and driven up the wall, this shady car service has you covered.
