I wasn't really sure about meditation in general. In my life I had many negative experiences with religion and other meditations. I felt some changes here and there but mostly just temporary. I didn't feel changes in the first month here but I came almost everyday online. I did feel really comfortable at the center and online so I kept trying. I did feel frustrated but the meditation guides kept encouraging me. My problem was that I couldn't recall my mind very well. But slowly the memories started coming back. As I threw them away, I started to feel lighter and more calm outside of meditation in daily life and my sleep improved. So far I give it 5 stars because it has helped me more than I thought. I am curious about what other changes will happen. Looking forward to working on myself more.

In fact, I almost forgot that this was being done over Zoom... it felt like the class was literally happening within my living room. At times like these, it was such an honor to be surrounded (even if virtually) by hundreds of like-minded and positive individuals. That group dance sess at the end was the icing on the cake!

I was not impressed with their service. You are in the business of helping people that desperately need you, try to keep that in mind.
