From making the initial enquiry over the phone weve been really impressed with the service we have had with TWS. Especially the salesman and the lads that came out and changed the roof. We also have a garage door on order with them which we are looking forward to having replaced. We firstly had to listen to the background of the company and what makes their products superior. Then when we actually got down to looking at we wanted, prices seemed to be plucked out of nowhere which were then reduced by random amounts as time went on. When we made it clear we did not want to pay that amount, we were then pressured into taking out finance even though we kept pointing out we didn't want this. We were then pretty much told we would be wasting his time if we did not buy and sign for something at this time! Would not take a no for an answer or even leave us to sleep on it. As soon as he realised he couldn't change our mind he soon turned sour and we were made to feel uncomfortable. In summary if you have 2 hours of your evening to be wasted and want to pay over inflated prices then give this company a call! Definitely not a no obligation hassle free quote!
