Nathan did an excellent job taking care of my car. I dropped it off Wednesday afternoon and he worked on it until 7:30PM. At first, I wasn't too happy with it, so I asked if I could drop it off the next day. To be fair, it was getting dark and he wasn't able to see the interior well enough to do a thorough job on it. However, he was accommodating and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. The next day, he spent all afternoon/evening on it and made such a huge improvement. He removed several scratches, built up tar, scrubbed the interior down thoroughly, and nearly turned it into a brand new car. The outside was waxed and had a beautiful shine. I'm happy I gave him another opportunity. If you're ever unsure about the results, give him the chance to fix it. He does great work. I'll attach some before and after pictures (day 1 vs day 2). Nathan really went above and beyond detailing my car. I had food stains on cream colored cloth seats from years ago and it's like they never existed. Not only being very patient when you canceled on me on the last minute twice but your knowledge of cleaning the inside of my car I believe is extremely limited. You are mediately just started soaking the seats instead of pre-treating them even though I told you that the state had been there for a while.
