I found myself stranded on the side of the road in the middle of a hot Houston afternoon, and after calling around to a few places that either didn't answer or quoted me ridiculous wait times, I finally reached Hy-Tech Towing. From the moment they picked up the phone, I knew this company was different. Within minutes, I got a text from my driver -- Colton -- letting me know he was on the way. Not only was he way faster than the ETA, but he showed up with an attitude you just don't see anymore: calm, professional, and genuinely ready to help. Colton didn't rush, didn't cut corners, and didn't treat me like just another stop on his list. He took the time to make sure my vehicle was hooked up perfectly, explained what he was doing, and even gave me a couple tips to avoid the issue in the future. You can tell this guy knows his craft and takes pride in doing things the right way. If you ever need a tow in Houston, don't waste your time calling around. Call Hy-Tech Towing and ask for Colton. Trust me: this is the team you want when things go sideways.
