We were scrambling to find another class, so I reached out to Marta. I figured that I wouldn't hear back for days. I was wrong. Marta responded in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately, she didn't have space for the following day. Imagine my surprise when she followed up a few hours later saying she might have a cancellation and to email her if interested. We had already found a replacement, so I had to decline. I appreciate that Marta is communicative and quick to respond. Thank you, Marta!

We started off on a 45 minute tour of the market, familiarizing us with the market layout and history. We had a small ham tasting as well with Serrano vs Iberian ham. The prep was done in various stages with the kids actively preparing the five dishes- gazpacho, tomato garlic toast, Spanish omelette, seafood paella and crème brûlée. There was plenty of white and red wine as well. The experience was not only fun but the people I met were lovely.
