I sent them 4 packages during my moving in March and DHL managed to damage all 4 (see photos). One…read moreof them was so severely damaged that they had to repack but after 3 months now, I still haven't received it. I've called them, written them but the only helpful information I've got is the tracking feed that my package is stuck at some storehouse, which I could not contact. There has been absolutely no customer support, no responsibility taken whatsoever from their side. The phone agents were rude, unhelpful and just wanted to end the call as soon as possible. Email replies were all generic, uncaring and even victim blaming. DHL is not a company but an unorganized, irresponsible gang of bullies who don't give a crap about customers whatsoever. Don't ever use their service or you will end up just like me: losing money, belongings and time only to be frustrated and disrespected!!!
