It is obvious it was broken during production and then glued unsuccessfully. I wrote to them immediately and sent photos. 6 working days passed and nothing, not even an email reply. I called them many times, but they just tell me to wait, some of the consultants were indeed rude. They also told me I have no right to return the item although I am sure in the EU you have a right to return a defective product in 14 days. So think well before buying in this shop.
