I bought a TV table (made of solid wood) there for a price over 500 eur. We took it from their logistics centre and upon unpacking at home we realised it is broken. It is obvious it was broken during production and then glued unsuccessfully. I wrote to them immediately and sent photos. 6 working days passed and nothing, not even an email reply. I called them many times, but they just tell me to wait, some of the consultants were indeed rude. They also told me I have no right to return the item although I am sure in the EU you have a right to return a defective product in 14 days. So think well before buying in this shop. read more
