Jasmine balanced listening and accommodating to our needs while also guiding us towards a plan and a timeline that would actually work. On the day of the wedding, Jasmine and Jill made us feel at ease and pumped us up all day so we felt comfortable and confident. We didn't realize how much time we would spend with the photographers throughout the day. They got along swimmingly with us and our party so it really felt like they were just part of our friend group, which also made us much more comfortable being photographed. The photos themselves are beyond what we could have imagined. Let's Frolic was able to excellently capture portraits and candids that were complimentary to all of our skin tones and complexions across day and night. They captured so many details and candids that we weren't able to see on the wedding day. The delivery of both the first set/sizzle reel and the full album also was so much faster than we expected. We're already brainstorming the next event where we can work with Let's Frolic again.

Chris and Maria were very friendly and professional, and the pictures they took blew our minds. Even in the meeting and planning process, they wanted to make sure our opinions and preferences were understood. For example, we wanted as many fun and as many candid photos before, during, and after the ceremony, and oh boy, did they deliver! When providing our final gallery, they presented the application in an easy to access format and had a section of the pictures as "Photographer's Picks," which were the best of the best. With so many photos taken in a few short hours, we could tell they took the time to present great shots, as well as their favorites. We also appreciated a speedy request fulfillment for our Thank you cards. We had taken several photos intended for use in our thank you cards, and they were kind enough to start a "Thank You" gallery for us to pick from ahead of releasing the entire gallery. Thank you, Raw Fusion Studio!

I had several particular requests for the team, and they certainly delivered on those, and then blew us away with the rest of the film with which they took creative liberty. They made us feel heard through every step of the process, and were accommodating and flexible to our needs. I enjoyed having them at every part of our wedding day, from getting ready and having a first look with my dad, to leaving us late into the evening on the dance floor. Additionally, their calming nature and general aura brings a positive presence to the room and space. I could not recommend someone more than these two.

We pretty much put full faith in our wedding planner, and in the end it paid off. We directly worked with Brandon, Vu, and Vincent. All three were fun and easy to work with. Brandon continued to make jokes that made us laugh, which helped with the pictures and video. I appreciate them staying the extra hour to capture the father-daughter dance. We also love how our package includes the raw footage from the entire day. While we're not video editors, we're glad that we have the option to make videos from our wedding.

I emailed a bunch of people on yelp, wedding wire, the knott and all that jazz and finally narrowed it down to Cupid Films and 2 others. If you notice anything about my reviews, I'm all about the people and customer service aspect. I think quality is a must and a second thought as when I'm hiring a professional, I'm only considering those who do a good job. Right? I think think about the bigger picture of having a true professional and that's why I chose Gaby and Brandon. I had the final say for my best friends wedding. The thing I like about them is that they're so down to earth, chill but experience. They're not dating, they're married so they know the craziness of big families, planning and know how big of a role they have on the day. When I spoke to them, they asked me questions instead of just trying to pitch me the entire time which I really enjoyed. They also gave all these great tips from their personal experience. So fast forward to the wedding day. It freaken rained! My friend was crying non-stop and hear comes Gaby to really make her feel better from one woman to another and one former bride to another. I can't tell you how much that helped. Brandon worked with the guys and kept things going. I have to say, this is why you hire a professional. Brandon was great too and is actually trained and certified video editor so it's not some random people doing video on your wedding day. The video came out great and I have to say, these guys were great! I know I been bashing a lot of the people on my reviews lately who haven't met the expectations but when it comes to people who make it happen and are able to adjust to any crazy day, I have to give credit where it's due. Thanks Gaby and Brandon!

During our wedding reception we played our "Love Story" that Ryan put together. It featured still images from both of our childhoods as well as still images of us together. The way that he edited the introduction made our still images come to life with the format and music. Our "Love Story" was individual interviews from myself and my then fiance. The interview topics covered how we first met, when we knew this was the person for me, our engagement story and final words. We filmed our interviews separate, so neither one of us knew what the other had said. Ryan put these interviews together and edited the footage in a way where our story was really told. We also had footage of us filmed at Balboa Park, Habor Island and Paradise Point. Not only did he feature footage that was shot weeks before the wedding, he edited in footage FROM THE WEDDING CEREMONY! Yes, he turned around an edit and showed Joe and I at the ceremony during our reception. That is something that not many wedding videographers have the knowledge or capability to do. Watching our wedding video during the reception was such a highlight of the event, not only for ourselves but for our guests. This video is no regular slideshow, Ryan uses top of the line video and editing technology. Our guests were COMPLETELY blown away that our ceremony was edited into the video shortly after. I realize a month after my wedding how important this interview and footage will be later in life. This is something that I will be able to show my children and grandchildren with pride. This is a documentary of our love story and will be a lasting legacy. Thank you Ryan for going above and beyond our expectations! I couldn't be happier with our decision to work with you!
