The biggest issues I've had with designers in the past, whether digital or print, is the communication and commitment to time frames. I've actually come to expect a bit of awkwardness and poor work ethic from designers. If you've worked with designers before, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. The primary designers for my project, Nissa and Ryan, were very quick to respond and even humored me on some ideas I had that were, well, not so good. BUT, they listened and tried them out anyway which was very nice of them to do. Their entire team, from sales to development, actually took an active part in the process which was pretty refreshing. Always available to answer questions and even knocked out a couple items outside of regular hours. I highly recommend Media Junction and will certainly be using them again for work on our site.
