At 10 AM, I called and left a voicemail. I tried calling again at 5:07 PM, more than eight hours after our scheduled appointment, and it again went to voicemail. I'm writing this review 12 hours after our scheduled appointment and still haven't received a call, text, or any explanation. I'm now stuck trying to find another plumber on a weekend. Cody was very nice and professional over the phone, and I completely understand that things come up. However, without knowing if or what came up, I'm extremely disappointed in my experience--or lack thereof.
