I booked based on reviews which I would not trust for a second. Highly disappointed, should have gone to Super Cuts or something like that. Not going back! Loree, the owner of the salon immediately contacted me and asked what she could do to make the situation right. I live over an hour away from the salon, making a repeat visit a bit difficult. Loree rectified the situation and I am VERY pleased with her response. Thank you Loree for your response and absolute quick response to this situation.

I showed her a couple pictures and she showed me some examples of what she had done on other clients, and we figured out the best solution together. It turned out amazing!! I sent her to Alli and she fixed her right up :) Crisis averted! If you're looking for a new stylist (to fix a mess-up or start from scratch), I would definitely recommend Alli!

It was a little busy, but Sonja was super clear and straightforward when explaining things to me. Great prices if you can handle really offensive chatter from Sonja and her friends, plus constant phone calls and other interruptions like legitimate walk-ins that somehow take precedence. I myself talk like a sailor and embrace all sorts of ways of being, yet still this place is just too much even for me. And then to charge me the same amount to brush out and dry my own simple hair, not once but now every time, because I'm polite and Sonja seems overwhelmed? Nope. Game over. This place is gross in so many ways.

Sarah came recommended by my old stylist and she did my hair for a while, but I ultimately decided…read moreI'd like to find someone who specialized more in brunettes. I had absolutely no hard feelings-- it's just important to find a hair stylist that is right for you. Knowing Sarah doesn't yet have children, I posted in my local mom group simply asking for a few recommendations. I never wanted to hurt her feelings, but I still wanted local suggestions so I figured this was a safe bet to get some recommendations. The next day, just one hour before my scheduled appointment with Sarah, after a harrowing time trying to arrange childcare (I have 3 kids and work full time) I received a text from her thanking me for working with her and wishing me "good luck." Next, I immediately received a text confirming the cancellation of my upcoming appointment. I was leaving for a trip just a few days later. I ended up traveling with really faded, grown out hair and I now have to wait another month to book with anyone decent in town. Honestly, it was really disappointing how she handled this. I'm a business owner too, and if someone isn't satisfied with my services I do my best to understand why and figure out what I can do to help either a) resolve the issue or b) support the transition. Having my appointment cancelled against my will and then having to waste time scrambling to find someone else when a simple conversation could have taken its place was really disheartening. Sucked, tbh.

I like the salon and the owner. The salon is very stylish and owner is pleasant for that I give 4 stars. But the stylist (K) whom I tried to have good faith in obviously is very inexperienced. My hair was damaged and colored dark and she was able to work with me to help restore the health and lighten my coloring but sadly that's where it ended. She does not clearly communicate as she had me book well in advance for full Baylayage and then only provided reg coloring (which ended up being too dark,). This was the 2nd time I was expecting full Baylayage coloring that she misled me. On two other previous visits she was supposed to cut my hair but failed to do so. She asked for photos (Balayage and color) which I showed her the same photos on multiple visits to which she remarked its doable but when its time to execute she doesnt fullfill. She states she prefers to do natural hair coloring but her skills are limited to the basics. Natural hair color has different tones. She doesn't understand how to mix toners, cut layers or perform true Baylayage. For this I give her 2 stars....making this review an average of 3 stars. On a side note when I remarked my dissatisfaction I was asked to find another stylist. Weirdly I always felt a salon would try to make their customers happy but I guess that's not their policy.

There was a text misunderstanding before her 3:00 p.m. appointment, but when my mom arrived early, Ana raised her voice, accused her of offending her, and yelled at her in front of others. She said she would no longer provide services. It was my mom's birthday, and she was shocked. During the appointment, Ana was rough with her hair, pulled it several times, used water so hot it burned her scalp, and never asked what she wanted done. My mom respectfully shared her concerns and offered to pay $60 for the poor service, but Ana insisted on the full $120. My mom paid, apologized, and said she would not return. This review is not about a misunderstanding over text, those things can happen. It is about how my mom was treated as a paying customer.
