I needed to get my grass cut because I recently had some minor surgery and thought maybe I could hire somebody to do it all the time at least in the summer. I saw a Mystic mowers in my neighborhood and talked with Jason Phillips, the owner, about cutting my grass. He said he would leave a price with me which he did so I told him that would be great and he said he could take care of it in the next day or two. He cut the grass, did weed whacking and blowing and did a fair job. However, I had damage to the lowest vinyl siding piece on my house. The damage was rather large. I called Jason Philips and explained the situation to him. He said he saw that damage and didn't think anything of it at the time. He did, however say that he thought that damage was caused by a mower, throwing a rock by someone else who cut the grass. I explained to him that I'm the one who cuts the grass and the trimming and that that damage was not there before he did the mowing. I really wasn't in the mood to argue with him about it at the time. All I can say is there was no damage to my siding. Jason cut the grass and then there was damage. Period. See photo. read more
