AVOID!!!! I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from My speed date. After experiencing a significant personal loss, I reached out to them with a request for a refund. Instead of showing compassion and understanding, they denied my request, citing the cost and administrative time it would take to process the refund.
What I found most troubling was their apparent prioritization of their own logistics over the well-being and satisfaction of their customers. Despite the exceptional circumstances, they offered only to reschedule me for another event, which is not what I needed or asked for. Their refusal to engage in further discussion left me feeling undervalued and ignored.
Customer care should be at the heart of any business, but sadly, that was not my experience here. I cannot recommend a company that places more importance on their own convenience than on treating their customers with empathy and respect. Joanne Rhodes the event organiser has no idea what good customer service is and how to reply in a professional manner. Please avoid or prepare to be disappointed. read more
