I…read moreemailed this hotel in regards to my reservation in July to see if I could reschedule, and they immediately shut me down. The only offer they suggested was to let someone else take over the reservation, even though I live in the United States and the Hotel is in Germany. I had booked non-refundable rooms at 3 other European hotels and they all quickly offered to let me rebook my reservation at no additional charge. Absolutely no customer service offered at this hotel.

Love it. This hotel franchise is signature for tailoring their interior design to represent the…read moreneighborhood spirit. From local art work and trending styles to cousine and drinks from local breweries and liquots. Have been to the Hamburg location too. Definitely recommend it.
