Have waited almost a year for an appointment and now get a letter telling me my appointment has been cancelled and pushed off for a year. They claim they left a message on some number that's made up. They left everything up to me to decide on what they would look at regarding concerns and since I am body shy they allowed me to stay fully dressed and just moved my clothing aside just enough to expose the skin tag /growth concerns . I had 3 frozen and 1 removed and there was very little discomfort. No pain. I am glad I chose this practice and for sure this Doctor ! Super nice and accommodating.

I finally heard back and she told me it was from stress. I paid my 35.00 co-pay and that was that so I thought. A few days later I got a bill for 400.00 dollars. I paid it minus the 35.00. I called my insurance company Humana about the bill. The person I spoke to said I should have never gotten a bill. So she called the billing department and told them to resubmit the bill to Humana and refund me my money because I am covered for the visit. The. doctor bill in total was 1008.00. I will never use them again. They over bill patients.

I have had melanoma and wanted to get a new dermatologist quickly. The staff was amazing and my provider was great ! I have to do the leg work my self they won't be the one to arrange that, LOL LOL LOL. how stupid that is that patient have to call to arranging with the hospital for them self to get surgery done!
