Eric was not only the most pleasant salesperson I've dealt with, but was extremely knowledgeable about their brand and answering all questions. We were looking for a firm king and he helped us try a few options til we got to the right one. When he asked if we also wanted the boxspring we said yes and joked since we were putting it on the floor til we got bedroom furniture SURE! We're in our 60s and that would be higher to get up from in the morning. Well that wasn't going to happen on Eric's watch he happily offered us a bed frame until our furniture arrived. And DELIVERY!!! His truck almost beat us back to the apartment and had in in and constructed before my car cooled down!

My parents found a chair they liked for their closet. I found that pink couch which is still there, and sat in it, which was comfy. This time sat in the other chairs that we did last time, and i didn't find them all that comfortable. hmm. We were also looking at small curio cabinets for an office, and found some possible options, but didn't purchase anything. They didn't really have much small dinette options either. We bought two bed sets, one king mattress, sectional couch, and a kitchen table. We spend over 4K in one day trying to furnish our newlyweds home. We had to replace our matress within months of getting it. This was not that big of a deal, because it was cheap and didn't support ether of us. The bed set we bought, was the most expensive one they offered, now squeaks and shifts as we move in and out of bed, but still holding up. The worst thing I bought from here is the sectional couch! The frame broke within 4 months of buying it! The seat supports also broke short after that. I called the store for a warranty coverage, and all they did was give me an email to send pictures of the damage. NOTHING happened! The worse thing is the couch back support popped out with several nails sticking out and my 1 year old son ran by it and it scratched his face! So so so disappointed in the quiality if their furniture. I do not recommend buying furniture from here if you will use it daily and have a family. Expect it to fall apart.
