In the process of moving to the Inlet, we went down to get keys on a Friday. We immediately went to look for a mattress and boxspring so we could sleep in the new apartment since we came all the way from NJ. Bed Man was the 2nd out of 4 mattress places we looked at and when we were done we RAN right back! Eric was not only the most pleasant salesperson I've dealt with, but was extremely knowledgeable about their brand and answering all questions. We were looking for a firm king and he helped us try a few options til we got to the right one. When he asked if we also wanted the boxspring we said yes and joked since we were putting it on the floor til we got bedroom furniture SURE! We're in our 60s and that would be higher to get up from in the morning. Well that wasn't going to happen on Eric's watch he happily offered us a bed frame until our furniture arrived. The product itself. The mattress was terrible and caused back pain. I actually had to purchase a second mattress it was so bad. Not even a year old. And they refused to refund me they get a zero in my book read more

We just purchased or 5th bed from Bedman and once again, the experience was awesome! Dalton, our sales person was so professional and knowledgeable. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and there was no high-pressure sales tactics involved! It's always a perfect experience at Bedman. Tim and Jordan delivered the bed and box spring and because of their expertise, we realized we ordered too high a box spring. Tim and Jordan made sure to have BOTH sizes of box spring on the truck and thank goodness because the 9 inch box spring I thought we needed would have been way too high. They were kind enough to show us the bedding set up with the 5 inch box spring and it was perfect. They were so efficient and professional, we couldn't have asked for nicer delivery men. We needed an extra bed for our guest room. We went in, explained the size of our space and we decided on a very well made futon. The mattress is very comfortable and is American made. Prices, customer service etc. They do not charge a delivery fee nor mattress removal compared to the others. The salesman was top notch. The premier king mattress we bought started out fine, but after nine months it became high in the middle and sloped to the sides, causing sleepers to roll to the edges. Rotating the bed from end to end, as directed, didn't help. It's still comfortable, but gives you the feeling that you're lying on a slope. We should have stuck to a named brand. read more
